There's something interesting he said about the WTS not claiming to be inspired. Not so. When you're ready there's plenty proof from the WT itself first claming it to be, then not, then again claiming to be, now not.......

marriage of the lamb to the 144,000. yawn.... yawn..... celebrates the 100 year anniversary of the photo drama of creation.
it seems to me that every 100 year anniversary shall be celebrated just to try and take the wind from the sails of apostates.. .

I could be wrong but I gather so far from what's been posted, they were ONLY in expectation, I've yet to see proof they sat around and calculated a time. Of course the WTS would put in that subliminal question to make their false calculations seem exceptable ......

A mistake in fading 4 months ago is coming back to haunt me... HELP!!
by ILoveTTATT inso today, two elders from a congregation i was in two years ago came by the house.
they said they wanted to talk to me about things that they have heard, and that they want to talk to me very quickly, as soon as possible.
perhaps before this week ends.. i don't know what to do!!

1. QUESTION? Is there any proof the 1st Century Jews or the Essenes where actually trying to figure out a date of the Massiah's arrival?
2. QUESTION? Wouldn't it make more sense that Jesus became King after the the BiG A , or even after the 1000.00 years, or right after he died???
I can't believe I'm even asking these questiona. One thing that always REALLY bugged me was after the 1000.00 years, satan was going to be let loose.....after all that heart ache to re-test people......
It's been soooooooooooo long since I've studied any of this stuff......

I think with all the doctrinal changes my family is questioning. However, I think because they get pounded on a daily basis, with every natural event that happens or big shooting....it takes them right back to the Big A.......

the court document contains a facsimile copy of correspondence between christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses and the body of elders in the menlo park congregation on pages 42 and 43.. page 54 contains a facsimile copy of a letter re: an investigation conducted by the city of menlo park over a complaint of "fraud and embezzelment".

could it be related to the rumored reduction of the ammount of dc's for next year here in thr u.s.?
elders in the northeast (i assume other area's as well) received a letter inviting them to a "special" meeting 2-3 weeks ago to discuss hospitality at int'l dc's to be held next summer.

I'd say slight of hand. Not only are they cutting costs by combining smaller DCs into larger ones. They get a bigger chunk of contributions at once. Also, by having DCs at the same time, the GB has the opportunity of making a greater impact on convicing their victimes, each lingering on their every word, aw well as making the DC look like they're busting at the seams with increase........

Wife and kids are officially OUT!!
by Oneoutallout inmy wife has told her jw best friend and jw sister that she is givng up the religion!!
and there was i worrying about losing her when i left the cult.
and, to top it all, my 15 and 13 year old children are using their critical thinking skills and can see it all for what it is.
